Para terminar el año 2011 os quiero dejar tres frases de Francisco Grande Covián. Grande Covián nació en 1909 en Asturias, fué médico e investigador en el área de nutrición y bioquímica, siendo fundador y primer presidente de la Sociedad Española de Nutrición.

“No basta comer para vivir, sino comer de una forma adecuada para poder vivir más y en mejor estado de salud"

To end the year 2011 I would like to leave three phrases of Francisco Grande Covián. Grande Covián was born in 1909 in Asturias, was a doctor and researcher in the area of nutrition and biochemistry, founder and first president of the Spanish Society of Nutrition.
